Mathew Gilbert

Matthew graduated in 2012 from the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Earth Science degree in Geology. He started his career in the gold exploration industry before moving to Causeway Geotech. With thousands of metres of core logging under his belt and experience from hundreds of projects across the British Isles he is now Causeway’s Senior Geologist. Matthew’s time is largely spent in project management and quality control of geotechnical output and is strangely content when sifting through AGS data. He refuses to drink tea before 10am and has never been known to eat a biscuit.
